Emerging Panic In Ogun State Capital, Abeokuta Over Moves To Demolish Homes For Light Rail Project

There is an emerging panic in Ogun state capital, Abeokuta.

And the cause is said to be on going plans to demolish homes to make way for much touted Light Rail project.

‘’They have started earmarking the track path and from the look of things, a number of homes would be affected’’ a source stated.

Societynowng gathered appearances of people described as ‘’Chinese engineers’’ making measurements and signposting areas to work on have kick started a wave of panic amongst home owners.

Sources claim the panic has attained such a crescendo that those who believe they will be affected and their sympathisers have started mulling idea of a court action to stop the project.
