Ondo Commissioner Loyal To Aiyedatiwa Tells Why He Was Beaten Up

The Commissioner for Health, Banji Ajaka has revealed why he was beaten up during the Ondo state All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial election.
The election with Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo as the Chairman of the Committee in charge was held on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
Ajaka who is serving in the government of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa was assaulted at Ugbo Ward 3, in the local council government in his hometown by APC members with ties to other gubernatorial aspirants.
He was accused of hiding result sheets by his assailants who have ties to other gubernatorial aspirants.
Speaking on the development in a report monitored by SocietyNow.Ng on Daily Trust the Commissioner disclosed he was trying to clear the air on the allegations when his assailants descended on him.
He confirmed he was accused of withholding results from the election but was beaten while trying to explain the situation.
