Wike Orders Closure Of All Caverton Helicopter’s Offices In Rivers State

Governor Nyesom Wike has ordered the closure of all Carverton Helicopter’s offices in Rivers State.

The governor issued the order in statewide address in which he accused the company of recklessness and attempt to sabotage efforts at preventing the spread of Covid-19 in Rivers State.

This development is part of the incident that resulted in the “detention” of two pilots of the Caverton Helicopter.

The pilots flew a plan into Rivers and Wile ordered their arrest and arraignment in court for flouting the total lockdown he imposed in the state in the fight against Covid-19.
