Here Are The Names As Makinde Inaugurates Team To Upgrade Ibadan Airport

Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde has inaugurated a committee to oversee the transformation of Ibadan Airport to international standard.

The Governor made the disclosure in social media narrative that reads…

This afternoon (Tuesday, July 30) , we inaugurated the committee which will be in charge of overseeing the Ibadan Airport upgrade to an international standard airport.

We have put together a team of people with the required expertise to deliver on this project.

1. Mr Bimbo Adekanmbi, a former Commissioner for Finance in Oyo State will chair this committee
2. Alhaji Kabir Yusuf, a former Managing Director of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN)
3. Dr Wale Babalakin, an entrepreneur and legal luminary who has done this in the past with MMA 2
   We also have three officers from the Nigerian Air Force on this committee;
4. Air Commodore Ajiboye, an expert in airport management, airport operational efficiency and security
5. Wing Commander Onyedima, an expert in runway construction and maintenance
6. Squadron Leader Sheu, currently studying for his PhD in Transportation Engineering
   Other members of the committee include;

9. Arc. Oluyomi Onilude
10. Ms Seyi Akinbohun
