Gbolahan Dada, the Senator and good friend of Governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun is greatly unsettled!.

Sources attribute this development to the manner of swing his political career has taken.

His gubernatorial ambition is said to be slipping out of reach.

And his chances of retaining party ticket to secure re election as Senator representing Ogun West is said to have towed the same path as his gubernatorial ambition.

His aspiration to succeed Amosun is said to have cracked the extra ordinary rapport with the governor that helped him get elected as Senator.

A development said to be giving the Senator a might of political discomfort.

And to further unsettled him, Governor Amosun – credited as his source of political influence – just lured a more recognized political player from his base from the other side.

 Isiaq Akinlade, one of the trumpeters of the Ogun West Agenda to be allowed to produce the next governor of the state has crossed from the People’s Democratic Party to join Amosun and Dada in the All Progressives Congress.

But deep sources claim, rather than a gubernatorial ticket the plot is to compensate Akinlade with Dada’s Senatorial ticket.
