Late Alaafin Of Oyo’s Son Joins In Father
24 hours before his 47th birthday
One years and 7months and some days after the passage of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olatiwola Adeyemi, one of his sons has joined him in the afterlife.
Prince Abdulfatai Adeyemi gave up the ghost early today, Friday, December 8, 2023.
Abdulfatai’s death comes 24 hours before his 47th birthday.
He was a former Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Pension Board, a position he was given after he lost election to the Federal House of Representatives in 2019.
As the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), he was the major contender against his brother, Akeem Adeyemi of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
His father, the later Alaafin Adeyemi joined his ancestors on April 23, 2022.
