Details As Ex Dep Gov Sarah Sosan Refuses To Give Up On Political Ambition

Emerging details have that Sarah Sosan, the former deputy governor of Lagos state has refused to give up on her political ambition.

Sosan is said to be hunting for an elective position.

The former deputy governor fell out with the deciders of fortunes in her political party when he stayed loyal to the governor she served instead of the party.

At the height of the fight for a second term ticket for former governor Babatunde Fashola, insiders disclosed Sosan clandestinely worked for the governor against the powers that be led by the influential politician Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Though Fashola secured the second term ticket, Sosan – along with others that worked against the party’s interest as defined by Tinubu – did not get a re-election ticket.

Insiders confirmed the former deputy governor been kept in the ”political wilderness” as a punishment of a sort since then.

Societynow.ng, however, learned that Sosan has refused to give up on her dreams as she continues to engage in programs – poverty alleviation and other helping hands lending initiatives – that keeps her in the mind of her constituency and promotes her party in her sphere of influence.

”Of course, she is also making direct and indirect overtures to the Tinubu and other deciders of fortunes in her party to forgive and forget and give her another opportunity with an elective position” a source stated.

Sosan is a member of the ruling All Progressives Congres.
