Timi Alaibe Caught In Controversy Surrounding Sudden Death Of Co Bayelsa Guber Aspirant Sam Inokoba In Lagos
Gubernatorial aspirant Timi Alaibe is entangled in a growing web of controversy.
And it surrounds the sudden death of Col Sam Inokoba a fellow contestant for the seat of Governor of Bayelsa state.
Information filtering into town revealed Inokoba slumped and died at a political meeting in the night of Tuesday September 1 2015.
It is now alleged that the venue of the tragic event was the Lagos home of co gubernatorial aspirant, Timi Alaibe.
And that Inokoba was actually invited to the Lagos meeting by Alaibe for a possible political pact that would see them align interests in their pursuit.
They are both aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress
According to trending information Inokoba had slumped and died in the cause of heated discussions on offer for him to step down for Alaibe.
But reacting to the development in a text message response from eagleonline Alaibe debunked the report labelling those behind it ‘’wicked people’.
The caught in the mix politician specifically responded ‘“Wicked people…I have been in Abuja all week. I wonder what the man will be doing in my house in Lagos when I am in Abuja”
However despite his denial of the talks it has continued to gain ground.

The news spotter reported in part ‘But Alaibe and his associates were sad to be making frantic efforts to divert attention from the death.
Already, they have denied that Inokoba died in his residence in Lagos.’
It is however instructive to note that while controversy concerning the death of aspirant Inokoba rage, the deceased is known to have an history of grave illness he has been managing for a while.
The late aspirant was reported to have slumped at an APC stakeholders meeting some two weeks ago, it was denied.
He is also alleged to be on the bill of Bayelsa state government for on and off medical trip abroad prior to his defection from People’s Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress.
