Information available to societynowng.com have it that, Olorunimbe Mamora formerly regarded as one of the ‘’brightest’’ when he was an active member of the Senate is in a big dilemma at present.

The much needed opportunity to get back into the ‘’system’’ after a shock blockade of chance to return to the Senate in 2011 has thrown another of his desire into jeopardy.

Mamora is one of the listed names sent to the National Assembly for approval as Ambassadors by President Muhammadu Buhari.
This development comes after a squeeze out of government appointments and starvation of party opportunities to secure elective posts since he reportedly fell on the wrong side of powerful politician Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2011.

Mamora, a two term Senator and Minority leader in the Senate was denied window to return when he moved against the interests of his party leader – Asiwaju Tinubu.

He threw his weight behind the re election of then Gov Babatunde Fashola in the famous political fight that is still haunting all combatants till date.

Since then, Mamora was forced on political exile and all chances to return to government circle reportedly blocked by shadowy influences – until the latest nomination by President Muhammadu Buhari.

He is said to have kick started wide spread consultation to become the governor of Ogun state.

Societynowng.com learnt the ‘’Senator’’ as gone as far as to start intimating friends here and there of his agenda – and seek their support.

And also put together a small band of pledge canvassers working quietly behind the scene.

Societynowng.com gathered interestingly when he was in the good books of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the ambassadorial nominee was offered the same opportunity – to contest for the gubernatorial seat of Ogun state but turned down the chance for lack of interest.
