…As Asiwaju Tinubu’s sympathisers claim political leader’s innocence

Information filtering in revealed ex senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Olorunnimbe Mamora is currently engulfed in an underground battle.

”Some one with influence within the ruling All Progressives Congress is blocking his securing federal appointment” a source stated.

Societynowng.com learnt the influence against Mamora’s return to national prominence is suct that he faces road blocks in his bid to secure national appointment at every turn.

Mamora took steps backwards in prominence within and outside politics when he reportedly fell on the wrong sides of political leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The face of his party in the Senate reportedly pitched his tent against the decision maker in his political base in the yet to be done away with fight against then Governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Fashola.

While Fashola was able to secure his return to power to conclude second term, Momora former Speaker of Lagos state with a very strong personality in the Senate could not secure party ticket for re election.

He has been a fringe player in party activities and governance since then.

His party was named Action Congress of Nigeria at the time.

The merger and advent of APC was supposed to bring a change of fortune for him, especially when the party took over the federal government.

But sources claim the former Senator is still battling the ghost of the past.

Ironically sympathisers of the man believed to be on the other side of his return to prominence, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu stressed the political leader’s innocence in Mamora’s travails.

The supporters of the highly influential politician claimed indeed Momora erred but has since been forgiven that whatever he is experiencing is outside of the actions of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

They however refused to give explanations for the perceived ”inaction” of the powerful politician in helping a ”forgiven protege” return to endearing status.
