Details: Mamora Resurfaces On Social Scene

Politician widely dubbed one of the nation’s brightest during his time at the Senate, Olorunimbe Mamora returned to the social circle over the weekend.

He was one of the high-profile guests at the 80th birthday Thanksgiging Service of political leader Anthony Adefuye.

The Thanksgiving Service was held at St Dennis Catholic Church, Bariga, Lagos state on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

Mamora, who became Senator on the heels of a blistering spell as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, was seen in good form and gait at occasion.

Senator representing Ogun East, Gbenga Daniel – another high profile attendee – shared pictures of good time with Mamora at the Thanksgiving Service.

Mamora has enjoyed reduced visibility since he participated in the intense struggle that helped Second a second term as Governor of Lagos State in 2011.  He was denied a return ticket to the senate and sidelined since then, for siding with what was a popular choice – based on conviction.
