The natural order is for children to bury their parents. So, it is with profound pain and sadness that I received the news of the passing of Dr. Faisal Ahmed Makarfi, the son of my brother and former Governor of Kaduna State, Ahmed Makarfi, in a car crash. My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Makarfi in these trying times.
On behalf of my family, I convey my deepest condolences to the family. I pray that the Almighty Allah will forgive the sins of Faisal and grant him Aljannah Firdausi. Amin. -AA
