Why Many Are Praying Owner Femi Osibona Survives Collapsed 21 Storey Building In Ikoyi

The fate of Olufemi Adegoke Osibona and others trapped in the 21 storey building that collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos state yesterday – November 1, 2021, hangs in the balance.

Though hope of survival for many still trapped in the collapsed building owned by Fourscore height – Osibona’s company – appears to be dimming many have turned to prayers for a “miracle” to turn things around.

Societynow.ng gathered that special prayers are being held in different churches across denominations for the survival of the victims, particularly Osibona said to be 55year old.

“You need to understand how he has impacted on lives and ministries across denominations” societynow.ng learned.

Labeled “a preacher, teacher, evangelist, and philanthropist per excellence” Osibona is said to fund gospel works without sparing costs. And give to those he perceived to be in need without measures.

He is said to have gifted churches to different Christian sects home and abroad including in London to a ministry with strong “winning” mentality.

“Osibona is very low profile and has touched lives but very discreet with how he does his things. How this thing (building collapsed) happened is best left for investigators to unravel” societynow.ng learned.

The information available revealed with no official confirmation of his fate as recovery efforts continue at the sight of the collapsed building, many of the churches and individuals he has touched with his generosity have started special prayers for him to survive and by extension other victims still trapped.

The luxury property developer who is not new to the construction of high rise is said to be very familiar with and close to many “respected pastors” based on his standing in the comity of those helping to spread the gospel.

From Ikenne, Ogun state, he is the power behind 360 Degrees Towers – three highrise buildings of 15-Stories often referred to as “Luxury in the Sky and the Shalom Apartments” in Ikoyi.

He started his real estate business in London in 1997, he built the Fourscore Mansions in Waterkloof, Pretoria, South Africa.

The friend of many is known as the first African developer to raise a 7-Storey building at 113, Albion Drive, London Fields, E8, 4LZ, in East London.

The undergoing construction 21 storey building which collapsed in Ikoyi that he remains trapped in the ruble is one of the high rise properties he owns in Nigeria and abroad.
