Unrelenting Ladi Adebutu Spreads Influence With New Year Gifts
another step in boosting his clout
Ladi Adebutu, the face of the main opposition political party, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, remains unrelenting in spreading his influence.
He has taken another step in boosting his clout across the state with New Year gifts.
The gifts come in the form of livestock, food, and cash.
Adebutu, who lost the 2023 Ogun State gubernatorial election to Governor Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by less than fourteen votes, is a major animal farmer credited with owning one of the biggest pig farms in Nigeria.
He distributed the New Year gifts barely two weeks after sharing Christmas packages that included 7,000 birds (turkeys and chickens), 100 cows, 300 pigs, cash, food items, and related goods to supporters across the state.
The son of wealthy casino king Kessington Adebutu is planning to take another shot at becoming the next Governor of Ogun State.
Koredo Oladepo, one of the most visible aides of the popular politician, revealed this latest step in boosting his image.
