Patience Jonathan Builds 200 Rooms Hotel, Massive Office Complex In Bayelsa & Abuja!

First Lady, Patience Jonathan is quietly becoming a major player in the real estate terrain of Abuja and her home state, Bayelsa.

She is said to have acquired and erected a couple of properties in these part of the country.

The latest in her real estate investments are listed as a two hundred rooms hotel in Bayelsa and a massive office complex in Abuja.

Both projects are presently under construction.

The Hotel is being put up in GRA, Yenagoa- while the office complex is situated at Central business area, close to GSM Village.

The Abuja project is being handled by Zerock construction.

While the office complex is said to be at the initial stage, the Hotel is said to have reached advance stage of completion.

The workmen are said to be at the stages of fitting the Air Conditioning Units and perfecting the outer coatings.

Though the first lady is said to have put strategies in place to publicly divorce herself from these undertakings- knowledge of her ownership of the investments is said to quietly becoming popular, particularly in the case of the Hotel.
