Oba Saheed Elegushi’s Role In Mess Over Recovery Of Oniru Land Assets From Aremo Segun Oniru & His Siblings By New King Gbolahan Lawal Revealed

Young and wealthy King of Ikateland, Saheed Ademola Elegushi is playing a hidden role in the move by new Oniru Oba Gbolahan Lawal to recover the assets of his kingdom allegedly cornered by Aremo Adesegun Oniru and other children of his predecessor Oba Abiodun Oniru.

Segun Oniru and his siblings are accused of sideling members of other royal families in setting up mega businesses and putting in place high-value properties with the resources of Iruland for personal gains.

‘’They hijacked assets of all for selves and feeding fat on it’’ is the theme of the allegations against Aremo Oniru and his siblings.

New King Lawal on taking the throne initiated moves to recover the assets to redistribute the wealth.

The information available revealed that the ”moves” attracted stiff resistance that snowballed into the brawl between Ademola Oniru and officials of the palace led by Murikisu Ajasa and invasion of the palace of the new king by Aremo Oniru to ‘’avenge’’ his brother.

Behind the unfolding development were talks that Oba Saheed Elegushi is one of the major backers of the move to recover the properties of Iruland from Aremo Adesegun and his siblings,

The wealthy king informally branded ‘’Gushi King’’ made the move to ‘’help’’ the new King of Oniru ‘’settle into the throne by affirming his authority’’ societynow.ng learned.

Societynow.ng learned that Oba Elegushi and the new Oniru go way back and the closeness ‘’forged’’ as a part of the few of the closest persons to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu when the latter was the Governor of Lagos State.

Sources familiar with the ways of Oba Elegsuhi, however, dispute the claim of ‘’goading’’ Oba Lawal against Aremo Oniru.
