Away from the troubles of Covid-19 here and there, the King of Ikateland Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi is building a new palace.

Sources disclosed that the edifice under construction is planned to be a ‘’wonder palace’’.

Insiders disclosed that the ‘’construction’’ as reached ‘’an advance stage’’.

‘’You can see it right from the expressway’’ a source stated.

Societynow.ng learned that unlike the palace currently occupied by the 44year old King which is located in the interior of the large expanse it is located, the new palace is situated nearer the expressway.

‘’The old palace and the new one are situated on the same land which is about a hectare or so, just that the new palace under construction faces the expressway and is planned to overshadow every other palace abound in beauty and class’’ societynow.ng.

Societynow.ng gathered that Oba Elegushi who celebrated 10years on the throne this year – 2020 – is looking to put finishing touches on the palace that would further establish his status as ‘’in a class of his own’’ by the end of the year or the first quarter of the year 2021.
