Meet Transport Union Boss Positioned To Take Over MC’s Oluomo’s Base, Oshodi
in the face of the loss of his position as the Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW)
Insiders say the arrangement is already in place.
A new leader is about to replace the famous transport unionist known as MC Oluomo (real name Musiliu Akinsanya) in his stronghold – Oshodi.
The development comes in the face of losing his position as the Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Lagos state to estranged pal, Mustapha Adekunle alias Seego.
SocietyNow.Ng gathered that the re-alignment of influences has seen MC Oluomo’s most popular associate Ayinde Oyedepo otherwise known as Koko Zaria pitch tent with Seego, the new State Chairman.

Insiders say that as part of the rise of the new order Sulaimon Yusuf, better known as Nayam, is postured to take over as the leader in Oshodi.
Nayam, a member of the executive committee of the NURTW in Lagos state is the Vice President of the United Oshodi or Oshodi One while MC Oluomo is the President.
Nayam was the head of one of the two dominant groups in Oshodi before a 2007 merger – initiated by MC Oluomo, who headed the other faction, in 2016 – created the United Oshodi.
MC Oluomo was named President of the United Oshodi while Nayam whose group had a vice grip on areas that included Oshodi road, church and brown streets to Bolade was appointed as Vice President.
Koko Zaria, a major player in the faction with MC Oluomo as point man was bestowed with the title “Minister of Defence”.

Nayam’s opting for a low-profile lifestyle resulted in the erroneous impression that publicly presented Zaria as 2nd in command to MC Oluomo.
“But those who should know, know that George Bush (another name for Nayam derived from his appointment as 2nd in command in Oshodi United when George Bush was the Vice President of the United States of America) is the real number two man and a very influential one at that” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.
Some of Nayam’s street credentials, before he became Vice President of Oshodi United, were head of the fearsome 36 Kiniun (Lions) of the 90s – after a bitter fallout with talk of the town colleague, Taroeed Adedigba otherwise known as Talo Skibo – and one of the visible proteges of Ajagbe Bomboy – real name Ugochukwu Obiora – the late overall leader of Oshodi in the years of “dread”.
