In No Distant Future – Bago On Plan To Complete IBBU Hospital

Niger State governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has disclosed that the IBBU teaching hospital will be completed in no distant future .

The farmer governor stated this when he received 41 medical students from IBBU Lapai presently on special admission for clinical surgeon in Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Farmer Umaru Bago explained that eventual completion of the IBBU teaching hospital will further improve on the teaching of medical related courses in the State.

The farmer governor who congratulated the students as they face a new beginning in their chosen carrier said the State government will continue to support them to succeed while urging them to be good ambassadors of the State.

Farmer Umaru Bago also supported the 41 medical students with N2m each,and an 18-seater bus for their transportation from their lodge to lecture theatre .

Commissioner for Health, Dr. Murtala Bagana appreciated the farmer governor for his tireless efforts and reassured him of the Ministry’s continued support.

The pioneer President, IBBU Lapai Medical Students Association, Jamilu Mikhail who spoke on behalf of other students appreciated the farmer governor for his continued support for introducing medical education in IBBU lapai, and for his tremendous support in making them fulfil their ambition.

The students promised the farmer governor that they will come back and offer medical services to the State upon their completion of their studies .
