Details: New King His Royal Highness Sulaimon Adeshina “Authority Jafo” Retains Position In Lagos Transport Union

Emerging details have it that the new King of Ibaland, HRH Sulaimon Adeshina retains his position in the scheme of things in the transport union he belongs in Lagos state.

The new king is the chairman of Okada – commercial motorcycle – riders and owners in Lagos state.

Adeshina who is better known by the street name “Authority Jafo” was the chairman of Nagari Nokowa Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association (NNAMORAL) in Lagos state before he recently assumed the as the new Oniba of Ibaland.

NNAMORAL operates under the umbrella of the transport union body, Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria.

According to those in the know Authority Jafo’s elevation to the position of a king doesn’t affect his function as the chairman of Okada riders and owners in Lagos state.

“It is seen as adding prestige, credibility to the union” societynow.ng learned.

“HRH Authority Jafo retains position as chairman of Okada riders and owners, the only thing is that he may not be on the field as much as before and will rely more on delegated duties now but he remains in charge” societynow.ng gathered.

Insiders disclosed that one of the things that guarantee the new king’s continuing stay as chairman of union in charge of Okada riders is his extraordinary closeness to the national president of RTEAN, Alhaji Musa Mohammed.

Authority Jafo was the chief of staff to Muhammed before he was made chairman of the body in charge of Okada riders in Lagos state.
