A lot of ifs currently decorate the latest move Otunba Omisore to become the next governor of Osun state.

And this is as a result of emerging talks that has brightened his chances.

Omisore’s campaign is tagged a growing storm as election day is less than 48hrs away.

“The facts that those behind the emergence of Oyetola have made him unpopular with certain people and the certificate scandal rocking Adeleke has transformed him a bad product with the elites have contributed to brightening the chances of Omisore” societynow.ng learned.

Gboyega Oyetola is the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress while Demola Adeleke is the flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party.

Omisore is said to have had the best “performance” at the debate for all the gubernatorial candidates contesting in Saturday’s gubernatorial election.

“Senator Omisore’s popularity has increased since the debate. People now see him in better light” a source insists.

Though Omisore is contesting against more buoyant political structures in the APC and PDP, his supporters say “his new found acceptance may gift him victory”.

Multiple sources confirm to societynow.ng that Omisore appears to have “astronomical grown in visibility” in recent days.

And his supporters insist “he is set to upset the cart of expectations with a shock victory on Saturday”.

Societynow.ng sources, however, claim “the jury is still out on that. The truth is, none of the candidates have any outstanding lead on the others going by words on the streets. It will be a keenly contested election”.
