The committee was represented by students from Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Burkina-Faso, Togo and Cote d’Ivoire. Speaking at the event, Daniel, the Nigerian representative from Federal Uni. of Technology (Minna), who was also coordinating the group, said that their union does not honor politicians who only think about winning the elections, while people like Dr. Afolabi, think about the next generation and how he can impact their lives positively.
