Why There Are Heartbreaks As Owner Of 21 Storey Building Femi Osibona’s Body Is Recovered
The body was recovered from the rubbles in the afternoon of Thursday, November 4, 202.
The body of Olufemi Adegoke Osibona, the owner of the collapsed 21-storey building on Gerald, Road, Ikoyi, Lagos state has been recovered.
The body was recovered from the rubbles in the afternoon of Thursday, November 4, 202.
The development which confirmed the death of the billionaire real estate player comes with heartbreak for many people of faith.
There have been serious prayers across Christian denominations for the owner of Fourscore heights who has been trapped in the collapsed building along with workers and clients to be brought out alive.
Osibona is described as a major pillar of the gospel in terms of financial support and teachings.
One of those very conversant with his ways labeled him “a preacher, teacher, evangelist, and philanthropist per excellence”
“I pray his good work speaks for him and he survives” was the theme of many supplications to God for him to survive the collapsed 21 storey building.

One of those involved in these prayers – with recorded testimonies in past – on an online group monitored by Societynow.ng stoutly refused to believe that Osibona died in the tragic incident- until a picture of his “body” circulated.
While the prayers were for all those trapped in the collapsed 21-storey building, Osibona was the focal point with his past deeds as a passionate contact point for the prayer to be answered.
But the discovery of his dead body which was taken away has given many involved in the prayers heartbreaks.
The collapse of the 21-Storey building owned by Femi Osibona’s company Fourscore Heights Limited has thrown up more questions than answers as allegations of this and that as the reason(s) that caused the tragic incident that has claimed about 32 lives – and counting – rage.
The Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu has set up a probe panel to put the questions to rest as rescue efforts continue at the site.
Sanwo-Olu has been at the scene of the tragic scene thrice and confirmed 9 persons have been rescued alive.
