Emerging details have it that there are strong and emerging suspicions over the widely reported claims that the death of socialite Dapo Ojora is suicide.
Fresh information has it that investigators are looking at it from the angle of attempts to pass off murder as a suicide.
Information monitored by societynow.ng on the boss newspaper, the publication owned by Dele Momodu and with sources very chummy with the deceased and his family claim preliminary investigation points at a possible staging of the crime scene.
“We are told that the gentleman fondly called Daps was met in a pool of blood and a number of guns were found on the premises but a lot of things did not look right at the crime scene.

Our sources also revealed that the bullet shells instead of being found around the scene were found elsewhere.

According to the paper whose Editor Michael Effiong had a good relationship with the deceased “The Police is also wondering who committed this dastardly act and wanted to pass it off as suicide which was the dummy sold to some sections of the media late yesterday.”

The reports in the sections of the media refer to claim that Dapo Ojora committed suicide with a gun to his head.
The police released an official statement earlier today asserting that “The police command condemns all sorts of speculations making round in the media. These are not only unfounded and baseless but could jeopardise police investigation on Dapo’s death.”

The news platform also revealed that the death of Dapo Ojora was broken to his family by a house help of about 16years of service.

Carefree and well-loved, Dapo Ojora is the son of Otunba Adekunle Ojora and brother to Toyin, the wife of former Senate President Bukola Saraki.
He was a well-known lover of Polo, the game of the rich, and was married to Patricia – marriage collapsed – with children to the bargain.
