Minister of state for petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu just got decorated with a chieftaincy title.
The recognition came from Oguta, Imo state.
And in accepting the title Kachikwu perfected his Ogbuagu coronation.
But the event attracted in unusual dress sense from the minister.
He was all decked in red attires.
