Ibadan “Husband Killer” Oyediran Gets 7yrs Jail Term

Yewande Oyediran, the lawyer accused of stabbing hubby Oyelowo to death has been handed a seven year jail term.

The former staff of the department of public prosecution in Oyo state ministry of justice was given the sentence today.

She reportedly “killed” her husband at their Ibadan residence in February 2016.

Muntar Abimbola, a judge at Oyo state high court brought closure to the case which attracted huge public following the verdict.

The “husband’s killer” jail term begins on the day of her arrest according to the court ruling.
