Happy Faces, Big Relief For Customers As FCMB Restores ”System Collapse” & Missing Funds ”Credited”

It certainly wasn’t a gloomy weekend for agonized customers of financial institution First City Monument Bank.

Societynow.ng gathered that the bank founded by Otunba Subomi Balogun was able to restore its collapsed system late Friday, January 31, 2020.

”Before the end of the day on Friday customers started getting the missing funds occasioned by the system collapsed the bank suffered last week” societynow.ng gathered.

A staff of societynow.ng confirmed receipt of a fund sent to her since the evening of Thursday, January 30, 2020, on the afternoon of Saturday, February 1, 2020.

The further checks made by societynow.ng revealed that other customers that suffered in the collapsed system crisis were made happy with the receipt of expected funds or successful execution of transactions that were left ”hanging”.

Societynow.ng gathered there are still some customers’ cases yet to be attended to but an insider within the bank insists all the cases will be resolved.

FCMB known for its quality online banking system suffered a system collapse last week.

The crisis got to a head early morning Thursday, January 30, 2020- by midday tales of missing funds, disrupted businesses from customers rent the air as transactions fail to go through.

An insider spoken to by societynow.ng insisted the in-house information technology experts at the bank were working round the clock to resolve the situation.

”Some people didn’t take any break nor go home over the issue. they are working hard to resolve it” the source stated.

Fresh information validates this claim.

Societynow.ng gathered that ”missing” funds are now being credited and disrupted flow of businesses restored as transactions go through on different payment platforms of the FCMB.
