Gov Sule Swears-In New Commissioners, Give Them Positions

would serve as Members of the State Executive Council

The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule has, today, sworn in 15 new Commissioners who would serve as Members of the State Executive Council, following their clearance and confirmation by the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.

During the swearing in ceremony, Sule assigned portfolios to each of the newly sworn-in commissioners, stressing that their positions emphasized their crucial roles in the successful implementation of the development agenda for the state.

Gov Sule reminded the newly sworn-in Commissioners of his administration’s zero tolerance for corruption and incompetence. He emphasized that they are required to be diligent in their duties and prudent in managing the resources that will be made available to them.

The ceremony was held at Lafia City Hall, Shendam road, Lafia.
