Femi Segun Dies From Spinal Cord Injuries 2days After Power Bike Accident

Compere extraordinary and master of details, Femi Segun is dead.

The yard stick for proper grooming and social etiquettes passed away on as a result of spinal cord injuries in the morning of Friday, March 21 2014.

He was involved in a power bike crash on Wednesday March 19 2014.

According to an insider ‘He wasn’t speeding, but got hit by a car’.

The dandy was said to have been rushed to an undisclosed hospital, where it was discovered he suffered injuries to his spinal cord.

Further digs revealed intimated with the extent of damage to connected personality’s body, family members opted to ferry him abroad for better medical care.

Insiders disclosed ‘ his situation was judged too critical for travel and the decision was taken to stabilise him first’.

But the lovable gentleman and committed worshipper at Pastor Paul Adefarasin’s House On The Rock never recovered from the ‘situation’.

He died two days after the power bike accident.

Generally labelled ‘a good man’, Mr Femi Segun was formerly married to Yeni, daughter of musically legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti. The union produced a wonderful daugter, Rolari.

Incidentally, Rolari got to officially know of her father’s death – from a devastated mother – hours after speculations and talks raged about it on social platform(in the evening of Friday March 21 2014).

After his marriage to Yeni, Mr Femi Segun later got married to a low profile legal mind that provided a more stable home- and support for his professional exploits.

He maintained wonderful rapport with ex wife and mother of his child, Yeni till he died.
