Covid-19: Ban On Churches, Mosques & Religious Gatherings Lifted

The Federal Government has lifted the ban on religious gatherings – including churches and mosques -as the fight against Covid-19 continues.

According to information at hand, religious gatherings are now allowed across the country based on guidelines provided by the Presidential Task Force constituted to spearhead the fight against Covid-19.

The guidelines include social distancing and the use of sanitizers at such gatherings.

The state governments are expected to come up with other modalities that are deemed fight in ensuring keep safe rules adhered to at such religious gatherings.
