One half of the owners of the closed rave, Lolu Shodehinde has committed himself to new business interest.
Informants claimed the father of little tot from gal friend, Linda Mesrob has entered into initial agreement with new partners to float a related business- a night club.
The proposed enterprise is valued on paper as N150m.
A financial institution is said to have provided funding for the project- via loan facility.
Sources identified the other partners in the deal as the son of the loan facilitator and another club manager.
Lolu is the most noticeable name in the equation.

Owen Aissien, the other half in the shut down fun place, Rehab is said to be in the dark of this development.
It is not clear whether he would preffer to stage a relaunch with Rehab as planned, alone or not.
Both Lolu and Owen did not respond to enquiries on the matter.
