Digs by societynow.ng revealed that it is not all bad news for the Nigerian auto dealer who lost all the cars in his auto mark during the recent xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

According to a source resident in South Africa, ‘’he is not the owner of all the cars’’.

Societynow.ng learned that the victim of arson owned the mart but not all the cars in it.

‘’The guy is Igbo from what I gathered.He does not own all the cars. The mart serves as a pool for cars from his friends and business associates who are Nigerians and even south Africans.’’ the source stated.

‘’He shares the losses with these people’’ a source pointed out.

Societynow.ng gathered that this practice is common among car dealers, even in Nigeria.

The particular car mart said to be located in Pretoria was torched in the wake of protest against foreigners by South Africans over the killing of a local.
