With 90 Photos, Aregbesola Tells How He Celebrated 67th Birthday
“I was honoured and humbled”
Former Governor of Osun state, Rauf Aregbesola reached 67 years of age on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
The immediate past Minister for Interior tells how he signposted the attainment by sharing 90 photos that captured different moments from the celebration organized by members of his talk of the town political group, Omoluabi Progressives.
The birthday celebration was held at Adebimpe Event Center, Osogbo, Osun state, and attracted people of influence across the state including Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye – represented Governor Ademola Adeleke;
traditional rulers including – the Orangun of Oke-Ila, Oba Adedokun Abolarin Aroyinkeye; former Chief of Staff to former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Elder Peter Babalola; former Speaker of Osun Assembly, Najeem Salaam; former Cabinet members in the state, family, friends, members of the Omoluabi Progressives and others.

“I was honoured and humbled today at an event organized by Friends of Rauf Aregbesola (FORA) and my political associates in Osun to mark my 67th birthday.
I appreciate all the monarchs who were present, especially the Orangun of Oke-Ila, Oba Adedokun Abolarin Aroyinkeye, for his kind words, the Governor of Osun who was represented, and all the other dignitaries who spent their time celebrating with me and sharing their kind words.
