Why Friends And Associates Have Resigned To Fate That Hushpuppi May Be In For A Long Prison Term

Details available to societynow.ng revealed that friends and associates of Ramon Olohunwa Abbas better known as Hushpuppi have resigned to the fate that the major player in an over N160Billion heist across different countries may truly be in for a long prison term.

And this development is rooted in the turn of the case against Hushpuppi and his accomplices.

The United States government is keeping a very close watch on the infamous hacker.

And this fact is obvious when Hushpuppi was denied bail on the strength of the fact that ‘’ he is a significant flight risk’’ based on his ‘’Significant financial assets, deep ties to foreign countries and lack of ties to the United States.’’

Prosecutors – and investigators – believe that Hushpuppi has the ‘’perfect recipe to flee the charges that he faces (in the United States of America)…and a great incentive not to continue to respond to these (mega fraud charges) proceedings…’’

The alleged fraudster is believed to have ‘’access to large amounts of money’’ and holds ‘’passports to other countries’’ hence his transfer to a more secure prison facility in California.

Multiple sources disclosed that the ‘’reasons’’ for the denial of bail and Hushpuppi’s opting for a ‘’government-appointed lawyer’’ has sparked of talks of that his predicament is more grave than envisaged.

‘’Many of Hushpuppi’s people are now all blues and resigning to the belief that he is probably in for a long prison term after the tinge of hope associated with the hiring of high priced criminal lawyer Gal Pissetzky immediate he was arrested.

Hushpuppi, well known for his outlandish display of crass extravagance on social media – Instagram – was arrested, along with 12 others, on June 10 as part of a widespread investigation tagged Fox Hunt 2 carried out by the FBI.
