“When You Are BIG, You Are Big” – Mompha, Instagram Celebrity Who Competed With Hushpuppi Mocks Those Calling For His Arrest

Ismaila Mustapha, the Instagram celebrity who was in a famous public spat with Hushpuppi (real name Ramoni Olorunwa Abbas) regarding spending power has mocked those calling for his arrest.

Mompha arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) but left off the hook without compelling evidence says “People keep saying different kinds of nonsense. They don’t know when you’re big, you’re big. This same FBI that they keep talking about, they met and interrogated me in October 2019 at EFCC office…do you people think if I have something hidden, they would release me?”

Mompha spoke on an Instagram live feed with Daddy Freeze where he also disclosed he has been getting calls and reading comments that he is next to be arrested after Hushpuppi who is undergoing prosecution in the United States of America was picked up.

“When Hushpuppi was arrested then, many told me that ‘you’re then next, FBI is coming for you.’ How many times will I hear that? I don’t know what is wrong with Nigerians.” Mompha stated in the Instagram chat with Daddy Freeze and added “

Hushpuppi was arrested by a combined team of security operatives in a raid led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) at the luxury penthouse apartment of the Palazzo Versace in Dubai which he has turned into a permanent residence.

He was taken to the United States of America, where he admitted guilt for mega fraud across different countries at a court in California.

He faces up to 20years in prison.

Mompha tagged those calling for his arrest “Jobless” people who are only interested in “bad stories”.
