There is an ongoing uproar in Ogun state.

And it has roots in the shutdown of the secretariat of a rival political party.

Information monitored on Rockcityfmradio.com revealed agents of the administration of state Governor Ibikunle Amosun have “sealed up” the secretariat of Action Democratic Party (ADP).

Information available attribute the action to operatives of Ogun State Urban And Regional Planning Board.

The shutdown was reportedly effected on Monday – May 14, 2018.

Rockcityradio.com claim a top official of Urban and Regional Planning Board claim the location of the secretariat “violates the state urban and regional law”.

Checks by societynow.ng revealed news of the development is attracting allegations of “political high handedness” against the government of Governor Amosun.

Former house of reps speaker Dimeji Bankole is the chief promoter of ADP in Ogun state.
