Governor Seyi Makinde is not in a hurry to move into the Oyo state government House societynow.ng learned.

“He will not be moving into the structure until his administration clocks one year… People around the governor are aware of his position” a report on highstreet.ng monitored by societynow.ng stated.

Further revelation in the report base the decision by governor Makinde on ‘’spiritual cleansing and renovation works’’ that are on going at the government house situated at Agodi, Ibadan, Oyo state.

Former governor Abiola Ajimobi – of the rival All Progressives Congress – is the immediate past occupier of the Government House.

The incumbent Governor Makinde – of the People’s Democratic Party – is said to currently operate from his private residence in Ikolaba, Ibadan, Oyo state.
