Untold Story Of How MC Oluomo Lured Rival NURTW Members Into Police Net

Emerging details have revealed how Musiliu Akinsanya, the chairman of the Lagos state arm of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) rival members into police net.

Societynow.ng gathered that arrested members were indeed invited for a truce meeting at the NURTW secretariat where they were arrested.

Insiders revealed that contrary to assertions in many quarters the arrested NURTW members were loyalists of Kunle Lawal – better known as Kunle Poly – the sacked chairman of Branch C in Lagos Island, the individuals in police belong to different groups engaged in supremacy tussle across the state.

”The arrested members are those believed to be fomenting trouble and refuse to abide by the dictates of the new chairman. They attempted to seize control of the branches or units where they operate the old fashioned way, through violence”.
