The storm is certainly not over for Gboyega Oyetola the ruling All Progressives Congress candidate declared winner of the Osun state gubernatorial election.

Oyetola emerged the winner in a highly controversial rerun that took place on Thursday, September 27 2018.

The rerun was decorated with allegations of misuse of state might.

The more popular candidate of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party Demola Adeleke has rejected the result that gifted Oyetola victory.

The PDP heads to court with what it labelled “damning evidence” of rigging.

Oyetola also faces a very serious threat within his party.

Aggrieved APC gubernatorial aspirant Kunle Rasheed Adegoke is seriously pursuing the court case against how Oyetola became party gubernatorial candidate in the just-concluded election.

Adegoke, more popularly known as Krad, has refused to back down in the lawsuit despite entreaties from major players within the party.
