Reason Aregbesola Forced Indefinite Shift Of Osun APC Guber Primary
It is confirmed.
The touted gubernatorial primary of the Osun state chapter of the All Progressives Congress is now shifted indefinitely.
The shift of the shadow election initially penciled for Saturday, July 7, 2018, is alleged to have the footprints of state Governor Rauf Aregbesola all over it.
Aregbesola faces strong opposition with the party over the attempt to make his Chief of Staff Gboyega Oyetola the flag bearer and eventual successor.
He is however said to be undeterred in the midst of allegations of enlisting the aid of new national chairman Adams Osiomhole in foisting Oyetola on his party men.
Why Osun PDP Members Are Jubilating Over Aregbesola’s Plot To Shift APC Guber Primary
The plot is said to be in the mold of a hastily arranged gubernatorial primary election in a manner that would shut out protest before submission to the electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral Commission.
