One Week After Ouster, Ali Ndume Still Occupying Office Allocated To Majority Leader

One week after the All Progressives Congress caucus in the Senate removed Senator Ali Ndume as the Majority Leader and replaced him with Senator Ahmad Lawan, the Borno senator is still occupying the office allocated to principal officers within the senate wing of the National Assembly Complex.

The Office of the Majority Leader is next to that of the President of the Senate on the fourth floor of the building.

With the change in leadership, it is expected that the new occupant of the office should take charge of the place.
Our correspondent observed that Ndume and his retinue of aides are still in the ‘old’ office.
