Emerging Trouble As Femi Gbajabiamila Plots 5th Term As Reps Member

Federal House of Representatives Member, Femi Gbajabiamila wants another term in office.

He is rounding off his fourth term.

“That means he wants to go a fifth time” a source pointed out.

Emerging details, however, have it that the move may not be an easy ride for the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives.

He is said to be facing opposition from political leaders pushing for another person from his Surelere Federal Constituency to be given a chance.

Even his main backer and mentor Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is not giving support at present.

Gbajabiamila’s opponents are whispering into the ears of the political leader that the federal lawmaker is becoming too entrenched as an individual for the good of all.

“But the truth is Asiwaju has not taken a position on it, whether for or against Femi seeking another term” a source divulged.

Multiple sources, however, confirm gbajabiamila who narrowly lost out of becoming Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives has initiated intense lobbying to retain party ticket and remain in office.
