Ladi Adebutu, Dapo Abiodun Battle Influence Of Kashamu Buruji’s Trailer Loads Of Id El Kabir’s Rams Amongst Party Men, Populace

Despite the baggage of allegations he carries, thanks to ongoing entanglements with anti drug law agency – National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria – Kashamu Buruji appears to be winning the war of popularity with estranged party man, House of Representatives member, Ladi Adebutu and rival in another party – Dapo Abiodun.

Both Ladi Adebutu and Kashamu Buruji are members of the People’s Democratic Party while Dapo Abiodun is of the ruling All Progressives Congress.

Adebutu and Buruji are currently engaged in a fierce battle for the control of the party structure in Ogun state.

Adebutu, son of wealthy lottery boss Kessinghton Adebutu has aspiration to become the next governor of Ogun state.

And he wants to wrestle the PDP structure from Kashamu to achieve his aim.

The battle to achieve this objective has seen the combatants in same political party employ different ploys including legal suits and arrests by police on allegations of threats to life.

Their supporters where not left out as they seek to increase numbers by targeting converts from each other’s camp and raiding opposition groups.

But while Adebutu appears position in the group within his factionalized party, Kashumu appears winning the popularity battle on the street.

He is said to be dispensing patronage like never before and scored a major goal with the Id El Kabir gift he dished out.

While State Governments cancel customary gifts of rams for Islamic faithful and the economy labelled a mess with all cutting costs, sources confirmed Buruji ordered trailers loads of rams and doled it out to party faithful and supporters and sympathisers irrespective of party affiliations and religious faiths.

Sources claimed that singular action served a master stroke in pushing him beyond others in the popularity contest.
