Family, Supporters & Allies Divided Over Demola Adeleke’s Move To Inherit Elder Brother Isiaka Adeleke’s Senatorial Seat

Emerging details have it the Adeleke family are divided over moves by Demola to inherit the Senatorial seat of his late brother Isiaka Adeleke.

The cause of disaffection with one another is said to have more roots in the political platform of choice rather than the ambition itself.

Demola wants to replace his deceased brother in the senate on the wings of the All Progressives Congress.

The Adeleke family and their supporters are openly up in arms against the APC over the sudden death of the Senator.

They link his death to figures against his ambition to become the next governor of Ogsun state within the party.

The late Isiaka Adeleke was a chieftain of the APC and attended an event staged by one of the top shots of his party – filled with other members – before his sudden death.

His family claims his death is a direct result of happenings at the party while official verdict states drug overdose.

His family has vehemently rejected the official verdict which is a result of state ordered investigation.

The APC controls the government of the state.
While some back his move to use the party in power to replace his brother at the senate, sources claim other family members are ferociously against Demola for hobnobbing with those accused in bid to actualize his new found political ambition.

The same scenario is said to be playing out amongst the Adeleke’s supporters and allies of the Adelekes.

In Osun state, the Adeleke family are acknowledged as the agenda setter in their stronghold Osun West, made up of Iwo and Ede.
