Diri Boosts Guber Campaign With Commissioning Of Multiple Projects

The PDP Gubernatorial Campaign for the re-election of Governor Douye Diri and Deputy Governor Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo today hit Ekeremor Constituency One.

The campaign team led by Hon. Mitema Obordor, visited Lalagbene, Isampou, Ayamasa and Aleibiri communities to canvass for votes.

In course of the campaign, different projects were inaugurated by the Governor including the new and fully equipped Government Science, Technical and Vocational Collage, Ayamasa.

Internal roads constructed in Aleibiri and Ayamasa by the Ministry of Local Government and others as constituency projects by Hon. Tari Porri were inaugurated.

Also, a bridge at Lalagbene constructed by Hon. Porri was equally inaugurated as the Governor approved construction of additional internal roads in the community.

The people of Lalagbene were excited at the visit because it was the first time a sitting Governor would be setting foot on the community.

At the main rally at Aleibiri, Governor Diri appreciated the people of Ekeremor Constituency One for trooping out en mass to receive him and assured them of more dividends of democracy in the second term.

At Ayamasa, his maternal community, Governor Diri thanked them for the solidarity and support on their re-election.

Accompanied by his running mate and Deputy Governor, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, the Governor noted that projects completed in the area would speak for them.

At Isampou, the Chiefs conferred on the Governor the title of Amatari-Owei of Isampou while the Deputy Governor was conferred with Amakeri-Owei of Isampou.
