Details: NURTW Boss MC Oluomo To Rebuild Burnt Divisional Police HQ

The words on the street have it that Musiliu Akinsanya, the Chairman of the Lagos state chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) is preparing to undertake a major image boosting initiative.

Sources disclosed that MC Oluomo as the NURTW top shot is widely known wants to rebuild the burnt down Divisional Police Headquarter popularly nown as Makinde police station.

The police station is situated within the stronghold of the transport union boss in Oshodi, Lagos State.

Makinde along with some other police stations in Lagos State was burnt as part of the orgy of violence and destruction on the heels of the shooting of unarmed #EndSars protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

Emerging talks have it that MC Oluomo who inspected the ruins of Makinde police station with his team last week wants to rebuild the place as part of his contribution to getting society back on track.

“I heard he wants to rebuild the place as part of his contrition to restoring law and order so that the police officers can resume at that duty posts and take up the tasks of securing lives and properties” societynow.ng learned.
