Kayode Odukayo, the Chief Executive Officer at FirstNation Airways has addressed growing tales of betraying good friend Dapo Abiodun in exchange for a financial bailout from governor Ibikunle Amosun.

The story of betrayal sprang to life after Abiodun became the governor-elect in Ogun state in the face of ferocious opposition from outgoing governor Ibikunle Amosun.

But Odukoya in a statement released by his image minders insists there was never any issue of betrayal.

‘’….. Mr. Odukoya also conveyed his friendly advice & position in writing to Prince Dapo Abiodun (MON) well before the elections. True Friends do not always have to agree and it takes maturity to respect this honest trait’’ the statement asserted.

Admitting is a good friend to both Amosun and Abiodun, the FirstNation Airways boss, however, insisted he is not tied to their financial apron string.

Odukoya’s statement stated emphatically the statement that severely named called his accusers ‘’…. For the sake of clarity and avoidance of any doubt,, whatsoever, let it be on record, that Mr Odukoya has no financial dealings, contract nor has he ever applied for one, with either the Government Of Ogun State, Governor Ibikunle Amosun ( CON) nor Prince Dapo Abiodun (MON) over decades of friendships.

It is therefore false fabrication, from the pit of hell, that Mr. Odukoya has everreceived (sic) financial favours personally from either of this (sic) two respected gentlemen. Prince Abiodun is not & has never been Mr Odukoya’s benefactor. Not that there is anything at all wrong with benefactor & legitimate favours ( including financial) more so as the purveyors of this malice & their masters are themselves moral imbeciles and legendary Rent seekers, who hold their so called fortune to all manners of favours & shady deals)

Mr Odukoya has received no bounty and thank (sic) God, he does not need one to survive. Mr Odukoya’s cherishes his fundamental right to his political views, which are well known, frank, direct and without pretence with NO REGRETS. Mr. Odukoya also conveyed his friendly advice & position in writing to Prince Dapo Abiodun (MON) well before the elections. True Friends do not always have to agree and it takes maturity to respect this honest trait….’’
