Billionaire Adebutu Moves To Make Peace Between Son, Ladi & Dapo Abiodun

The definition of a very large heart and one of the most influential men across divides, Kessington Adebutu has taken steps to make peace between his son Ladi and the Governor of Ogun state, Dapo Abiodun.

Ladi Adebutu is the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) that challenged the March 18, 2023, gubernatorial election win that Abiodun a second term up to the Supreme Court.

Billionaire Adebutu in a letter Abiodun congratulating the affirmation of his gubernatorial win by the Supreme Court informed the Governor that “I have counselled my son to sheathe the sword and join hands in moving Ogun State forward”.

While admitting that the 2023 Ogun state gubernatorial election was “an intense contest involving my son” the owner of Premier Lotto otherwise known by the street name Baba Ijebu pointed out to the Governor that “, but irrespective, there must be an end to litigation and unhealthy rivalry”.

The Casino King went ahead to seek the Governor’s cooperation in making peace with the explanation that “Furthermore, having expressed the desire to HRM, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remo-Land, on the 23rd of December 2023, to meet with Remo Royal Fathers for the purpose of reconciliation, it is of essence that I seek Your Excellency’s cooperation towards seizing the opportunity of your victory, to reconcile our Natives, Youths, and all those that might have taken sides to file behind Your Excellency, with a view to not allowing the no love lost created by the gubernatorial contest to fester the more. The Governor’s position on the letter from the father of his chief political opponent and one of the most respected figures in Ogun state dated January 22, 2024, is yet unknown. Ladi Adebutu is also yet to make any formal pronouncement on the move by his father.
