The latest picture of Governor of Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu while undergoing treatment abroad has been released.
Hi wife, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu released the picture.
Husband and wife were together in the picture with Akeredolu upping his trade mark tight-fist-victory sign.
Anyanwu-Akeredolu released the picture as part of her 70th birthday celebration.
It came with the caption “Aketi dey kampe. Victory for us”.
“Aketi” is coined from Akeredolu while “dey kampe” means “all right”.
The pictorial disclosure further quells raging speculations about the state of Akeredolu’s health that constantly force friends, associates and image minders to dispel tales of demise or near-death.
Before traveling abroad for treatment, Akeredolu transmitted power to Deputy Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to serve as Acting Governor till he recovers.
