Zulum Gives Aid To Family Of Military Officer Killed In Damboa

The Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has extended financial support to the family of a senior military officer who was killed in Damboa last week.
Receiving the Theatre Commander and Commander of Sector 2, who presented the officer’s family to him, Governor Zulum expressed his deepest condolences, describing the fallen officer as a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of Damboa and its people. He emphasized that both the Borno State Government and its citizens remain indebted to the officer’s bravery and patriotism.
In recognition of his service, Governor Zulum presented a cheque of 30 million Naira to the bereaved family, assuring them of the government’s continued support during this difficult period.
